What is a Repair Cafe?
Instead of buying the same gadgets over and over, how about repairing the ‘good one’ that’s been gathering dust in the corner? At repair cafes, volunteers stand by to repair broken items brought in by the community.
Davis Makerspace will be hosting a repair cafe to help folks get their odds and ends fixed from 11AM to 3PM and everyone is cordially invited to bring your broken bits and bobs down. Maybe we (or our tools) can help!
This will be an exciting location change for Davis Makerspace! This Repair Cafe event will be taking place in the Blanchard Room of the Public Library in Davis (Mary L. Stevens). What is in an Installfest?
